You agree to promote Link Ease in a manner that reflects positively on our brand and reputation. 3. Commission: As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for each eligible referral that results in a qualified action, such as a user signing up or making a purchase through your referral link. The commission structure and payment terms will be outlined in the affiliate program agreement. 4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, using unauthorized marketing materials, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account. 5. Tracking and Reporting: We will provide you with a unique affiliate tracking link to track your referrals and commissions. You will have access to affiliate reports and statistics through the affiliate program platform to monitor your performance. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for referrals. 7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of affiliate at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate relationship or your participation in the program. 9. Governing Law: These terms of affiliate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Link Ease operates. By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
