If your website has dozens of pages, making a short link and a QR code for each one by hand takes hours. With the LinkEase AI assistant you can give it your website address, let it read your sitemap, and ask for a link and a QR code for every page you pick. This guide shows the steps and how to get the most from it.

Why a link and QR per page?

  • Print: a QR code on a menu, a shelf label or a flyer sends people to the exact page, not just your home page.
  • Measurement: each page gets its own link, so you see how many people came from each place.
  • Tidy sharing: short links are easy to read out, to type and to put in messages.

What is a sitemap?

A sitemap is a file where your website lists its pages, usually at an address like yourshop.com/sitemap.xml. Most website builders and shop platforms create one for you. The assistant reads it to find your pages, so you do not have to copy them one by one.

Before you start

  1. Connect your AI app to LinkEase. If you have not, follow connect the AI assistant.
  2. Open your sitemap in a browser to check that it loads.
  3. Decide which pages matter: products, menu, contact, booking, offers.

Step by step

  1. Ask it to read your site. For example: “Read the sitemap of https://yourshop.com and list the pages.”
  2. Choose the pages. Reply with what you want: “Only the product pages and the contact page”, or “The first 15 pages”.
  3. Create the links. Say: “Make a short link for each of these pages.” The assistant can create up to 20 links at once.
  4. Create the QR codes. Say: “Now make a QR code for each link in dark green.” Each code can be downloaded as PNG, SVG or PDF.
  5. Group them. Say: “Put all of them in a campaign called Shop pages.” Now you can compare them.
  6. Read the report. After a week ask: “Which pages got the most clicks, and from which countries?”

Example: a small shop

A shop with 12 product pages wants a QR code on each shelf label. The owner writes: “Read https://yourshop.com/sitemap.xml, take the product pages, make a short link for each one and a QR code in my brand colour.” The assistant answers with a list of links and the download addresses. The owner prints the codes and, a week later, asks which products were scanned most.

Example: a restaurant

A restaurant with a page for the menu, one for booking and one for offers asks for a link and a QR code for those three pages. The menu code goes on the tables, the booking code on the window, and the offers code on the delivery bags. Because each page has its own link, the statistics show which place works best.

Selling on Salla, Zid or Shopify?

The assistant can also create product links with UTM tags for online stores and Instagram shops, with a QR code for each product. See LinkEase for online stores.

Good habits

  • Test before you print. Scan one code with a phone and make sure it opens the right page.
  • Use SVG or PDF for print so the code stays sharp at any size.
  • Leave a quiet border around the code and keep strong contrast between dark and light colours.
  • Name your links clearly so the report is easy to read.

What it costs

Each link or QR code counts as one AI action, so 12 pages with a link and a code each is about 24 actions. Every account gets 200 free actions once. After that, prepaid packs have no subscription and never expire. On the Free plan, remember that QR codes are limited to 5 a month; if you need more you can buy extras without upgrading, or move to Pro for 100 a month.
