Instead of opening the dashboard and filling in forms, tell your AI assistant what you want in plain words: “Shorten this link and call it eid-offer” or “How many clicks did my links get this week?”. The assistant does the work inside your LinkEase account and replies with the result.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to use outside tools safely. LinkEase runs its own MCP server, so your assistant can manage your links just as you would in the dashboard.
What can it do?
- Short links: create, edit, delete and list them, one at a time or up to 100 at once.
- QR codes: a QR code for any link in one sentence, ready to print.
- WhatsApp links: a link that opens a chat with your number and a ready message.
- Statistics: clicks, countries and traffic sources of any link.
- Campaigns: group links into campaigns and measure each one.
- Salla and online stores: product links with UTM tags and a QR code for each product.
How to connect, in three steps
- Log in and open Dashboard → AI assistant.
- Copy your personal link.
- Pick your app and follow its steps:
- Claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the link.
- ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → Create → paste the link.
- Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code: a ready snippet to copy and paste, on the same page.
Then start a new chat, turn LinkEase on from the tools menu, and ask.
Plans and limits
The assistant is included in paid plans: Pro has 2,000 actions a month and Team 10,000. Each action (one link, one QR, one stats lookup) counts as one, and the counter resets every month. Your usage is shown on the assistant page in your dashboard.
Security
- The assistant only does what you ask, inside your own account, under the same rules as the site.
- Your personal link works like a password. If it leaks, generate a new API key on the Developer API page and the old link stops working at once.
- Links to prohibited content (gambling, alcohol, adult content) are refused before they are created.
