These terms govern your use of LinkEase, including short links, QR codes, bio pages, analytics, custom domains, APIs, and paid subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, password security, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use LinkEase for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, adult content, gambling, betting, casino offers, payday loans, interest/riba-based offers, scams, fake investment schemes, impersonation, or activity that harms users or the platform.

Links and content

We may review, disable, or remove links, QR codes, bio pages, or accounts that violate these terms, trigger abuse reports, or create security or compliance risks.

Plans and payments

Free plans may have limits and approved ads. Paid plans unlock higher limits and are intended to remove ads from owned resources. Subscription terms, pricing, taxes, refunds, and renewals may vary by payment provider or marketplace.

Microsoft Marketplace

If you purchase through Microsoft Marketplace, activation, plan status, suspension, cancellation, and renewal may be synchronized through Microsoft SaaS Fulfillment APIs.

Service availability

We work to keep LinkEase fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, abuse mitigation, hosting issues, or third-party provider issues may affect availability.
