Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of LinkEase, including short links, QR codes, bio pages, analytics, custom domains, APIs, and paid subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, password security, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use LinkEase for spam or activity that harms users or the platform. Links, QR codes, bio pages and files may not point to or contain any of the following:

  • Adult or sexual content, including nudity, and immodest or sexualised images of women or men.
  • Gambling, betting and lotteries, including casino and sports-betting offers.
  • Alcohol, including its sale or promotion.
  • Drugs, including their sale or promotion.
  • Music and songs: streaming pages (including Spotify and similar services), downloads and music videos.
  • Interest-based (riba) lending, including payday loans.
  • Scams, phishing, fake investment schemes, fake giveaways and impersonation of people or brands.
  • Malware, unwanted downloads and deceptive installers.
  • Hate and violence, or content that promotes illegal activity.

These rules apply to everything you create or upload with LinkEase: short links, QR codes, bio pages and files. We may refuse a link, QR code or file when you submit it, or disable it later, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations lead to closure of the account.

Links and content

We may review, disable, or remove links, QR codes, bio pages, or accounts that violate these terms, trigger abuse reports, or create security or compliance risks.

Plans and payments

Free plans may have limits and approved ads. Paid plans unlock higher limits and are intended to remove ads from owned resources. Subscription terms, pricing, taxes, refunds, and renewals may vary by payment provider or marketplace.

Microsoft Marketplace

If you purchase through Microsoft Marketplace, activation, plan status, suspension, cancellation, and renewal may be synchronized through Microsoft SaaS Fulfillment APIs.

Service availability

We work to keep LinkEase fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, abuse mitigation, hosting issues, or third-party provider issues may affect availability.
