If you have a voucher, redeem it from the Billing page.What happens to my unused days?Changing to a higher plan: the unused days of your current plan are credited, so you do not pay twice for the same time.Renewing early: the new period is added after the days you have left.Common problemsI paid but my plan did not change.Wait a few minutes and refresh. If it does not change, contact us with your payment reference.Can I go back to Free?Your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. This article explains how you pay, what "billed monthly" really means, and where to find your payment history and invoices.What you need Plan: Any plan Time: 3 minutesPayment methodsAt checkout you can choose Syriana Pay, which opens a secure page where you can pay by card, ShamCash, PayPal, Wise, Binance Pay or another available method, or PayPal. The methods you see can change. Prices are in US dollars.How you are chargedWith Syriana Pay each payment buys one month or one year. It does not renew by itself: you pay again when you want more time.Extras, AI packs and passes are one-off payments.Open BillingOpen Billing from your account menu. Payment History lists every payment: the transaction ID (1) and the amount and date. Press View Invoice (2) to open one.Read and print the invoiceThe invoice shows the transaction ID, date, who it is billed to, the description and the total. Use the print button at the top to print it or save it as PDF.Tip. The invoice is made for the account email. Add your billing address on the checkout page or in Settings to have it on later invoices.Common problemsI paid and nothing appears.Wait a few minutes: it appears once the payment is confirmed. You can delete your account yourself, at any time. This article explains what happens to your data before you decide.What you need Plan: Any plan Time: 3 minutes Your password.Important. Deleting is permanent and cannot be reversed. The app says it removes your account and all your data from our server.Before you deleteYour short links will stop working, so move anything you still use first.Payments you made are not refunded by deleting. Press Cancel if you changed your mind.Privacy and your dataWe keep your data to run your account. You can see and change your details in Settings, and you can end all of it by deleting the account.
