There is nothing to cancel on a plan paid with Syriana Pay: it does not renew by itself. You simply stay on your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What you need
- Plan: A paid plan
- Time: 2 minutes
See when your plan ends
Open Billing. The Current Plan card shows your plan and when it ends.
Do nothing
If you do not pay again, the plan ends at that date and the account goes back to Free. Nothing is charged to you.
What happens to my links
- Your links stay. Free plan limits apply from then on (for example 25 new links a month).
- Features that need a paid plan, such as team members and own domains, stop being available. Your existing links on a domain keep working but you cannot add new ones.
Tip. If your payment was made through PayPal or Microsoft Marketplace, check your PayPal or Microsoft account for anything recurring and cancel it there. If you see a cancel button on your Billing page, use it.
