What is LinkEase used for?

It is used to shorten links, create QR codes and build bio pages that group important destinations into a single page. It also provides analytics so you can see how your links perform.

Who should use LinkEase?

Marketers, agencies, creators, educators, event organisers, freelancers and small businesses that need a simple way to publish and track links.

Is LinkEase free?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card and includes 25 short links a month, 1,000 link clicks a month, 5 QR codes a month in your own colours, 1 bio page, 1 channel and UTM parameters. It may show light, approved ads. Pro ($9 a month) and Team ($29 a month) add more of everything, a branded domain, pixels, targeting and no ads. See the pricing page.

Using the service

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro (1 domain) and Team (5 domains). Add the domain, then create one CNAME record at your domain provider pointing to cname.link-ease.in. HTTPS is set up automatically. See branded short links.

Can I change a link or QR code after sharing it?

Yes. Short links and dynamic QR codes keep working while you change the destination, so printed material stays valid.

Which formats can I download a QR code in?

PNG, SVG and PDF. Use SVG or PDF for print.

What statistics do I get?

Clicks and scans by day, country, city, device, browser, referrer and language. They describe groups of visits, not individual people.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The interface and content are available in Arabic and English with right-to-left support.

AI assistant

Can I manage my links by asking ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. LinkEase works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code. Open the assistant page, copy your personal link and add it to your app. Details are on the AI assistant page.

What does it cost?

Every account, including Free, gets 200 AI actions once as a free trial. Each action counts as one (bulk tools count one per item). After that you buy prepaid packs with no subscription, and the balance never expires.

Is it safe?

The assistant works only inside your own account, never asks for passwords, and refuses prohibited content such as gambling, alcohol and adult links.

Can I buy just one extra without upgrading?

Yes. Open Extras in your dashboard to buy single extras without a subscription.

Integrations

Is there a WordPress plugin?

Yes, for paid plans. Every published post gets a short link and a QR code automatically, and you can use the shortcodes [linkease url="..."] and [linkease_qr url="..."]. You need an API key. Download the plugin.

Can I send clicks to Zapier or Google Sheets?

Yes, on paid plans. Under Integrations → Zapier, enter a public https address; LinkEase calls it on every new link and/or every click.

Is there an API?

Yes, on paid plans: 300 requests a minute on Pro and 1,000 on Team. See the developers page.

Payments and accounts

How can I pay?

You can pay locally through Syriana Pay, by international card, or through Microsoft Marketplace for organisations.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support and we will help you close the account and remove your data where the law allows. See the privacy policy.

Safety

What content is not allowed?

Adult content, gambling and betting, scams, phishing, malware and misleading or deceptive links. Read the safety and abuse policy.

How do I report an unsafe link?

Use the report page. Reports are reviewed and unsafe links are removed.
