Manage Your Links by Just Asking ChatGPT or Claude

You can manage your LinkEase account by writing to ChatGPT or Claude in plain words. Instead of opening forms, you say “shorten this link and call it eid-offer”, and the assistant does it inside your account and shows you the result. This guide shows how to connect it in about a minute and what to ask.

What you need

  • A LinkEase account. The Free plan is enough to try it, and no card is needed.
  • One of the supported apps: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code.

How it works in one paragraph

LinkEase provides a connection that AI apps can use through a standard called MCP. Your assistant uses it as a set of tools: 46 of them, such as “create a link”, “make a QR code” or “read statistics”. You do not need to know their names. You only describe what you want.

Connect it step by step

  1. Log in and open the assistant page in your dashboard.
  2. Copy your personal link. It works like a password, so keep it private.
  3. Add it to your app.
    • In Claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the link.
    • In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → Create → paste the link.
    • In Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop or Claude Code: copy the ready snippet from the same page.
  4. Start a new chat and turn LinkEase on from the tools menu.
  5. Ask something small first, such as “Show my last five links”, to check that it works.

What you can ask

Links

  • “Shorten https://example.com/spring-sale and call it spring.”
  • “Make short links for these ten addresses.” The assistant can create up to 20 at once.
  • “Change where the link spring points to.”

QR codes and bio pages

  • “Make a QR code for spring in dark blue.” You get the image and download links for PNG, SVG and PDF.
  • “Create a bio page with my shop, my WhatsApp and my Instagram.”

WhatsApp, campaigns and pixels

  • “Make a WhatsApp link to my number with the message: I want to order.”
  • “Put these three links in a campaign called Ramadan.”
  • “Add my Facebook pixel to this link.” Google, LinkedIn and X pixels work the same way.

Reports

  • “What worked this week?” The answer lists your top links, countries and traffic sources in plain words.

Your own domain

Say “Connect go.myshop.com”. The assistant adds it and gives you one CNAME record to create at your domain provider, pointing to cname.link-ease.in. Later it checks the connection, and HTTPS is automatic. This needs the Pro plan or higher.

What it costs

Each action, such as creating a link or reading statistics, counts as one AI action. Tools that handle many items count one per item. Every account, including Free, gets 200 free actions once. After that you can buy prepaid packs: 500 actions for $2, 2,000 for $6 or 10,000 for $20. There is no subscription and what you buy never expires. Read more in what is an AI action.

Safety

  • The assistant works only inside your own account.
  • It never asks you for passwords.
  • It refuses links to prohibited content such as gambling, alcohol and adult sites.
  • If your personal link leaks, create a new API key on the developer page and the old link stops working.

Tips for better results

  1. Be specific about names: “call it eid-offer” is better than “give it a name”.
  2. Ask for many things in one message so the assistant can use bulk tools.
  3. Check the result. The assistant shows short links and numbers as lists, so you can scan them quickly.
  4. Ask before deleting: the assistant should confirm with you first.

Next step

Open the assistant page and connect your app now. If you sell online, read LinkEase for online stores, and see all the details on the AI assistant page.
