Every request the assistant carries out is an AI action. This article explains how they are counted, how many you get, and how to add more.
What you need
- Plan: Any plan
- Time: 3 minutes
How actions are counted
- One tool call, such as one link, one QR code or one statistics lookup, costs 1 action.
- Making several links at once costs 1 per link (up to 20 at a time).
- Store product links cost 1 per product, or 2 if you also want a QR code.
- Failed actions are not counted.
- You can run up to 30 actions per minute.
What you get
- Free trial: 200 actions for every account.
- Plan allowance: Pro 2,000 per month, Team 10,000 per month.
- Purchased balance: never expires.
Actions are used in this order: your plan's monthly allowance first, then the free trial, then what you bought.
See your balance
Open AI Assistant. The big number (1) is everything left. Below it: your plan this month (2), the free trial (3) and your purchased balance (4).
Add balance when needed
In Add balance choose a pack and press Buy (1). Packs: 500 actions for $2, 2,000 for $6, 10,000 for $20. No subscription is needed and the balance never expires. It is added as soon as the payment is confirmed. See payment methods.
Tip. Before it makes many links or QR codes, the assistant tells you the cost. You can say no.
Common problems
I ran out of actions.
The assistant shows a message with a top-up link. Buy a pack, or wait for next month if you are on Pro or Team.
Does the allowance carry over?
The monthly plan allowance renews each month. Purchased balance never expires.
